Louisiana Laserderm is a full service medical spa and cosmetic laser center located in Baton Rouge, La. We provide laser services, spa services, and injectables. We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our rockstar team.

Position Title: Licensed Esthetician

Job Type: Part time or Full-time* Available
Monday- Friday, 7:45am-4:45pm, with a 1 hour lunch break (12-1pm)

Pay: Hourly Rate (based on experience) plus Commissions and Bonus

Responsibilities
This position is primarily for our spa services. You will be expected to safely and
effectively deliver a variety of treatments to patients which include but are not limited
to: Hydrafacials, Spa Facials, Dermaplaning, Chemical peels, Microneedling, Trusculpt
Body Contouring, Skin Assessments and Product Consulting. You will be required to
become knowledgable of all our services and be able to properly advise patients on
treatment options.
*In addition to clinical duties, you will also be required to have the skills necessary to
perform scheduling and basic reception duties, as needed.

Required Qualifications
 Esthetician License (required)
 Esthetician: 1 year experience (required)
 Customer Service: 2 years Experience
 Excellent time management skills and proven ability to work under pressure in a
fast-paced environment
 Friendly personality to make clients feel comfortable about themselves
 Professional Appearance and Demeanor
 Ability to work well with others

Preferred Qualifications

 2 plus years experience as an employed Esthetician
 Social Media Management Skills
 Aesthetic Pro Software Knowledge
 Product Knowledge with ZO skincare, Revision, Elta MD
