OUR POLICY & PROCEDURE

 

Arrival Time
We respectfully ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service time in order to thoroughly enjoy your experience. We ask that New Patients arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to check-in and complete new Patient paperwork.

Late Arrivals will result in a shortened service time, at scheduled service cost. Appointments will end at their scheduled time so that our next guest will not be delayed.

Cancellation Policy
It is our goal to honor both our patients and our service providers. We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all treatments. Rescheduling after the respective cancellation notice, will result in a $25 service charge. Missing or cancelling the appointment day of the scheduled reservation will also be a $25 service charge.

No Show Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know.

2nd No Show- $50 No Show Fee per service- We are sorry to have missed you.

3rd No Show- $75 No Show Fee per service- We still missed you, but our providers have been waiting.

We recognize the time of our patients and clinicians are valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. Please understand when you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also lose the opportunity of scheduling a patient on our waiting list.

As a courtesy, we send email, text message and/or phone call reminders prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show fee.

Children/Minors
Louisiana Laserderm provides medical spa services in a professional atmosphere. For the privacy and consideration of our patients,  children 12 years of age and under are not permitted in the spa. Minors ages 13 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult. A parent or guardian's signature is required for anyone receiving services under the age of 18. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Pricing
We are constantly working to have the best and updated services to provide you. Please know we try our best to keep our patients and our menu up to date on any changes, but we encourage patients to inquire about pricing during booking. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
